What are our terms of business?
We work on L/C at sight in our favor. However, for quantities less than
500 pieces it is advisable to work on prepayment basis as L/C, are
expensive to set up for smaller quantities.

What are the shipping
charges?
Our prices are given FOB (Free on Board) Karachi. If you want us to ship
the goods to the nearest sea or airport to your, we will be glad to do
it. Here is a shipping rates guideline. The prices quoted are per piece
prices which should be added to the FOB price. You can combine orders to
get a better shipping rate.

How soon can we ship the
goods?
Quick Ship orders can ship with 25 days of ordering, provided we have
sufficient fabric in our stock. If you are an approved customer, you
can Login to our web site to see the quantity available in our
stores.
Custom orders ship within 30 to 60 days from receipt of L/C or advance payment and
complete order details.
Some complex jobs might take longer time to produce. Please ask us
for shipment time with each order you place.

How much are the customs duties in the importing countries?
There are no customs duties if you import our goods into EU until Dec
31,2005. Custom duty
on clothing from Pakistan is around 21% on FOB value in the US and
around 12.5% for EU. Please
check with your local custom authorities to be sure of the customs
duties and rates. The information given here is just a guideline and we
assume no responsibility of correctness of customs duty for different
countries.
How are the goods packed?
Goods are packed according to buyers instructions. Normally each piece is
packed in a poly bag and then 24 pieces in an export carton. You have a
choice of getting your goods packed as one full color and size
assortment in one carton or solid sizes solid colors in one carton.
Price tickets, barcodes and hangers can also be arranged at additional
cost. Please ask us for a nominal up-charge.
How do we ensure quality?

Can we order our own
choice of colors?
You can have any of the products in your own choice of colors. We do not
charge extra for this service. However, your order quantity should be at
least 1,000 pieces per color for adult sizes.
We need a fabric swatch or pantone textile color reference number in
order to match the color of your choice.

What reference we
have to give for embroidery color matching?
We use Madeira Thread for embroidery. The best thing would be to give us
Madeira thread color reference. Otherwise give us the Pantone TC or PC
reference and we will match the right Madeira thread for you.
How do we keep our customers informed about the progress of their orders?
Giving timely information about the progress of customer order is a
priorities at image. Once you place an order with us, you will be able
to see all the necessary information on our web site.

formalities?
You need to have a good clearing agent who
can handle your shipment and deliver to your warehouse from airport or
sea port. This service and local transportation is generally less than
1% of the FOB value, UPS, FedEx and DHL can help you in this regard.
